United for Hope

United for Hope, an Indo-German NGO, is helping Grow Good Farms in very many practical ways, from offering support in marketing and communications, accessing direct customers and industry partners, to planning and executing CSR programs as well as helping us to represent ourselves at the national and international level.

United for Hope's cooperation with us is an initiative under the name Seeds of Hope which in turn is supported by Impact Hub Munich and Munich Re as part of the Eight Billion Lives Fellowship program.

Impact Hub & Munich RE

Impact Hub is a leading innovation lab, business incubator and social enterprise community facility. Munich Re is one of the world’s leading reinsurers and is based in Munich, Germany.

Together Munich Re and Impact Hub Munich award the Fellowship Eight Billion Lives. Through the Fellowship, they support entrepreneurs seeking to improve future livelihoods in the face of population growth. United for Hope won the Fellowship in 2016 with their project Seeds of Hope which supports the work of Grow Good Farms.

My Playfarm & Grow Good Farms

My Playfarm is an agri-tourism initiative set on 4 acres of cooperative land and run by a Delhi engineer. It aims to educate tourists about village life and farming culture. Visitors can also rent their own small plot and have crops grown according to their wishes. Onsite facilities include quality accommodation, conference facilities and recreational facilities such as football, tennis & swimming.

By using My Playfarm as a base for village and cooperative farm visits, it is hoped that this can provide an alternative livelihood model for the village and therefore develop the village at large.
